Such officers take advantage of the facilities given in the law and make fun of the judiciary by ignoring the orders of the judiciary. One such case is in discussion these days from Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

The CEO of Noida Development Authority, Ritu Maheshwari, who reached the Supreme Court to get relief on a non-bailable warrant from the Allahabad High Court, was strongly reprimanded by CJI NV Ramana, but now again on petitioning On the order of arrest issued against Ritu Maheshwari, the Supreme Court has given relief and put a stay on it.
