Two killed as bike racing goes wrong in Thiruvanthapuram

Thiruvananthapuram: 2 young men were killed when a motorcycle collided with another bike throughout a dangerous racing on Vizhinjam Mukkola bypass here on Sunday. The deceased is known as Chowara native Sarath and Vattiyoorkkavu native Muhammad Firoz.
The accident happened on Sunday around 5.30 pm.
According to reports, the 2 overspeeding bikes that were reportedly engaged during a race on the road collided with one another.

Though the 2 youths were hurried to the near hospital, they were pronounced dead there.
The front parts of each bike were fully broken within the collision. each bike was found lying on a similar aspect of the road.
A bike racing was held here on Sunday morning too and police seized 4 bikes. Police informed that strict action is taken to examine such dangerous bike racing on road.
