METHOD:

• Take a pan, pour 1¼ cup milk and convey it to a boil.
• Simmer and stir to scale back the milk to 500th.
• Add some ripe mango, raw mango, and milk to the jar of a mixer grinder and mix them into a swish pulp.
• Add it straight to the reduced milk and simmer over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
• Meanwhile, whisk the dish powder into 1/4 cup of milk till it’s fully dissolved.
• Pour this dish combine over the stewing mango pulp. still, cook it for another 5 minutes on low heat.
• Now, take away it from the warmth and pour into the cream and blend it.
• Cool it fully and so add it to the mixer grinder to mix it for 30–45 sec.
• Next, pour the mango frozen dessert mixture into a freeze receptacle and place it in an electric refrigerator until it solidifies.
• Remove and scoop out the homemade frozen dessert into bowls.
• Finally, garnish with freshly cut mango and mint leaves and serve frozen.

INGREDIENTS:

Condensed milk caramelized – 1 cup
½tsp Cardamom
Dried desiccated coconut – 2 cups
1 tsp seasoned

METHOD:
