Sports as a career

Most of the children are only introduced to engineering, medical that’s it in India. What about other fields? Which are interesting and have scope what about that? Are we doing anything? No.

Most of the athletes have gone through this and it is amusing that parents and society do this and yet want international recognition and want India to be on the top yet, don’t want their kids to join sports. Why? What is this mindset?

Sports has scope if done with sincerity and passion it is hard work plus smart work both. People need to understand that as an individual they have to give their children a chance for doing something great.

A lot of sportsmen do not get enough exposure at home or in the game at all. This has to end this is not acceptable.

Schools making students participate in competitions is one way for the talented to move forward in sports and become what they have dreamt of.

Immense training, strategies, diet and psychological well being become important that is why parents are needed to support and understand their child and have a healthy connection.

Examples we can look up to-

  • Saina Nehwal
  • MS dhoni
  • Pele
  • Geeta and Babita
  • Rohit, Raina Etc.

These are some examples their journey have been tough and inspiring they became what they wanted to become.
