Russia Ukraine war: A impact of media on mental health of people.

We have seen the news about the Russian and Ukraine war, about how there will be world war 3 soon etc.

But, no one talked about how negative impact it can have on mental health, Half of the news has been probability and assumptions and not the truth. Is that what real news is? Is that how we are going to grow?
The media did a great job in rising anxiety in us. Covid situation was there already and then, news of war and how bad the situation is will be impacted people on a different level. Some ignored it. Some got worried. The media is supposed to be a truth bomb, yet a safe place to get the information but is that what we media is doing? The same news has been going on for months now and nothing has happened. No world war nothing. Yet, the same news.
It’s time to question the media. They cannot play with our minds.
