Padmashree awardee Vinod Dua dies at 67

India has the reporters, journalists who are here to deliver the right news and make a change, one of who was Vinod Dua; a Padmashree awardee, journalist by profession, and father of our comedian Malkia Dua. It is sudden news of his demise; may his soul rest in peace.

The reason for death is prolonged illness following a Covid infection, his daughter Malika Dua has confirmed in her Instagram post that he is no more here with us and shares how proud her daughter she is and what kind of aura Vinodjihad and how their relationship was could be seen by her caption.

He was the voice of generations and his career was perfect he became the inspiration for people. He is known to have very good election coverage. Worked in NDTV. He gathered a lot of respect just by how he was and his career. He is not only Padma Shree awardee but, he has been rewarded with other awards for journalism like Ram Nath Goenka Excellence in Journalism award, Mumbai press club rewarded him with red ink award. He always considered himself just not a journalist but, a broadcaster too.
