IAF AFCAT Recruitment 2021: Application for these posts in Indian Air Force is starting from 1st December

AFCAT(Air Force Common Admission Test) is a graduation entry for flying and ground duties or technical and non-technical entries for aspiring youth conducted twice a year by Indian Air Force (IAF). On 28 Nov 2021, IAF released a notification for the application for the exam.

Candidates can also directly apply for these posts by clicking on this link https://indianairforce.nic.in/.

The dates are from 1 Dec 2021 to 30 Dec 2021 for online registration for the exam to be held online for 317 vacancies. The entry is for the batch of 2023.

The successful candidates are called for SSB and shortlisted upon their merit. The training is done at AFA Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2021

  • Superintendent (Store) – Graduate or equivalent from a recognized University.
  • Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – 12th class pass from a recognized board. Also must have a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.
  • Cook (Ordinary Grade): 10th pass from a recognized Board with Certificate or Diploma in Catering. Also, one year experience should be in the relevant trade.
  • Carpenter: 10th pass from a recognized board or institute with ITI certificate in the trade from a recognized institute.
  • CMTD – Candidates should have 10th pass with license also.
  • Fireman – 10th pass with fire fighting training.
  • MTS – Must have passed 10th.
