How stress destroys us

How often do you suffer from stress? How do you manage it? What are your coping mechanisms? Are you really healthy? Let’s check it.

Stress is a reaction to perceived danger our bodies react to it in ways you cannot imagine it to.

Stress is both good and bad, good when it pushes you to do a certain task and bad when it damages you.

In this century, people are suffering from undiagnosed mental health disorders and other stressors and they are unable to seek treatment, get cured, or cope. Are you healthy? What is health for you? According, to the proper definition of health, is mental and physical when combined it makes up health.

Stress affects you mentally and physically when it is too much.  There are three types of stress acute, episodic acute, and chronic.

A human being experiences acute stress multiple times a day, Episodic acute stress is when we experience stress frequently you become overburdened by it and chronic is the extreme level of stress where one develops disorders and is not able to function at all.

It is in our hands to take care of our mental health and physical health as they are interconnected to each other. There are many ways you can take control of your life and get cured and cope with stress and can lead a very healthy life, accomplish things; simple tasks like breathing exercises, journaling your thoughts, reading, meditating, seeing positives, gratitude, loving yourself daily, seeing good in things and life can make a huge impact on you and help you to get up and be healthy.

These all things do magick. At the time when not able to function ASK FOR HELP, tell your friend or parents or anyone or reach to professionals because chronic stress develops disorders which can only be cured with medication, therapies, and lifestyle changes; one needs to understand that your emotional being is as, important as your physical being.
