Anxiety can happen to anyone. Some experience it in severe amounts some experience it in too low amounts.
Anxiety at bedtime impacts a person in numerous ways:
- Replaying old scenarios in mind.
- Getting agitated by silence.
- There is a struggle to be alone when there are Intrusive thoughts.
- Getting flashbacks of the traumatic event.
- Not being able to fall asleep.
- Worry about the next day.
- The scale of anxiety varies from person to person is different.
Anxiety causes physical symptoms too in a person. Physical symptoms do feel serious. Things like Derealization and Depersonalization can happen, trembling, sweating, heavy breathing (hyperventilation), trouble concentrating and thinking, having increased heart rate, feeling nervous and tensed are all psychical symptoms of anxiety.
