On Tuesday, six people were killed, and four people were injured in a road accident in Bihar’s Lakhisarai district. Among them, some were the relatives of the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
The accident took place on Sikandra-Sheikhpura NH-33 near Pipra village under Halsi police station. According to the sources, the victims were returning to Jamui from Patna, where they attended the last rites of a relative.
All of a sudden, their vehicle crashed with a truck loaded with empty LPG cylinders. The driver and six others died on the spot while the four of them were injured and were rushed to Jamui’s Sadar hospital in a very critical state.
The deceased have been identified as Lalit Singh and his two sons Amit Shekhar alias Neemani Singh and Ram Chandra Singh, daughter Baby Devi, niece Anita Devi, and their driver Preetam Kumar.
Lalit Singh was the brother in law of Om Prakash Singh, a senior Haryana Police officer. Om Prakash Singh is the brother in the direction of the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
The victims were returning to Jamui after attending the funeral of Geeta Devi, the sister of Om Prakash Singh.
