Fears grow over Indian state on brink of civil war in Manipur

Who ever thought humanity would deny peace oneday, eons after freedom, forgetting our integrity we probe, scare and bruise eachother. Manipur, a home of many flora and faunas, a soil so sound and fresh is left deserted and burnt, with every passing hour, mankind is losing their morality and falling prey to their hatred and growing desires due to which today mankind is opposing eachother. The sense of brotherhood is overshadowed by selfishness, whereall fight is for self. The condition in Manipur is only worsening everyday, every truce makers efforts are a waste till the two oppositions agree to settle, the unrest will continue concerning the lives of innocent.

The flame was lighted in 2017 by the state’s Cheif Minister N Biren Singh, a member of Meheti tribe, who disturbed the farmland and habitat of the Kuki community, an insurgent group that farmed poppy, a drug type in the state. The action of government infuriated the other community and they took to violence, Meheti community demands a drug free state, the two communities, the believers of two different cultures Hinduism and Christianity stands at loggerheads creating an unsound, disastrous environment, that harmed many lives, people lost their sense of belongingness, making the land a home of skeletons leaving all humanity dreaded and vulnerable.
