Due to an injury, PV Sindhu will miss the Badminton World Championships

Due to an injury, Sindhu will not compete in the forthcoming Badminton World Championships. The athlete who won two Olympic medals now has a stress fracture in her left ankle. During the women’s singles quarterfinals of the just finished 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games, Sindhu sustained an injury. Despite this, she persevered to win the gold medal for India.
