Are we making use of our rights?

The Constitution of India gives us certain fundamental rights for us Indians to use, for example, freedom of expression, freedom of speech. Some articles protect all India’s citizens, be it an adult or an older person or a child. The Government of India has to ensure that we are giving justice on several occasions according to India’s rules in the constitution.

In recent years we have seen a rise in lynching, animal abuse, human trafficking, cases of rape with the human or an animal, consumption of alcohol and suicide rates have been up. Does Ana question arise where justice is have been given the right to raise our voice even? I don’t think so because there has not been a single action taken towards heinous crimes and incidents which have taken place.

Half of the cases are not registered, and neither government takes action towards it. What is the justice system doing? Who is stopping them? I think we all know yet, and we have to be quiet.

I hope the youngsters are strong enough to raise voices in the future, and I hope the criminal justice system wakes up.

Women’s rights have been a topic of discussion for India, and there has been very little awareness. It is necessary to implement strict rules.
Youth is a power we need to be aware of and take significant steps, make NGOs, do movements etc., so that these things can be in the limelight.
Will it happen?

Yes or no, only we can decide if we take steps. I hope to see a bright future.
