Tata Sons has won the bid to amass national carrier Air Republic of India on weekday. Air Republic of India became the first Asian airline to induct jet craft and commenced flying to NY in 1960. At present, the Tata cluster operates Vistara in partnership with Singapore Airlines and Air Asia Republic of India in partnership with Malaysia’s Air Asia.
