A range of challenges awaits the world in 2022

The researchers and the experts may find the COVID vaccine soon, as the pandemic devastated the country’s economic growth, we can see a ray of hope of being a revival of the growth in the field of economy and the world as we know may change forever.
In the year 2022, people across the globe had unpredictable expectations in this year and if I use this word unprecedented advisedly then it’s not wrong. Let’s go back to the past when we look at it the biggest disaster of the last century was the Spanish flu, I World war and the II World war and now this is the pandemic. Now we can see that the challenge is always around the corner.
When we thought that the pandemic will be over and people will be normalised to it another challenge came in front of us which is known as Omicron. Some scientists predict that the pandemic may turn into an endemic. Soon the people will get the pills the combat COVID and there will be a revival in the field of economy. As one year was in loss for the globe and the manufacturing industries were affected by it.

The US has recently done a survey where they found that Indian offices are going to change, where it showed that only 3 per cent of non-white workers in the US want to return to the office where they want to work full time compared to the 21 per cent of their white colleagues. Nowadays 97 per cent of non-white workers are looking for people who can work in remote centres. The experts believe and stated that in the year 2022 the youths who are skilled and are open to flexible work patterns will get more job opportunities. Where these job opportunities will increase gender, ethnic and age disparities in the place of work. Some sociologists don’t agree with the agreement on the work home system. As they believe it will lead to depression, and loneliness and last it will cause suicide.
In the next level of this year, there will be intense competition between China and the US. The question arises that in the era of the cold war, what will the country’s role in it be? Probably this year only we will get some of the answers. The challenge for our capital state New Delhi is our relationship with China to keep our border safe and in the year 2020, the clashes of Palawan showed us how vital we are to remain vigilant at all times.
2022 is going to be a challenging year in the field of the Indian establishment. The farmers who were protesting throughout the year have received assurances from the government but still, they aren’t satisfied. To keep pace with China, India needs rapid economic reforms.
During the fight against COVID 19, India has done pretty well. Coming to the economy part it is still reviving trying its best to come to its normal position. This year with so many expectations and unexpected situations the questions arise like will we be able to achieve the growth rate? Will the unorganised sector both small and medium industries will regain the momentum that they lost earlier? Because without this, we cannot battle with unemployment as well as the recession also.
We are in a state or year where we’re full of hopes, expectations and fears. Let’s welcome this year and hope for the best.
